Job Description

Missions:

*Client Management:

Take briefs and propose solutions for clients including presentation, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
Identify and generate potential profitable business relationships/ opportunities.
Build commercial offers tailored to the needs of clients; Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
Prepare and deliver marketing offers/presentations to new and existing clients.
Support sales & BD team in developing initiatives for new business or extending existing business.
Cultivate high-level contacts within business and industry relations.

*Project Management:

Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions to deliver measurable client results.
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales & BD, legal, marcom, content, production, etc, to find client solutions.
Well understand about the company’s products & services.
Lead major projects/events/campaigns and overall quality control.
Financial control of billings and 3rd party cost.
Manage account team to deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor the performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance reviews with the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

BA degree with a major in marketing, communication, advertising, media, digital, etc.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of advertising solutions on multimedia.
Experience in achieving revenue goals and high performance.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Leadership.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and experience with new/emerging advertising opportunities.
