Job Description:

Forest Studio is a content-based media company in Vietnam. The company has created a new wave in the music market in particular and the content market in general in Vietnam, with the participation of various renowned artists in the country such as Hoà Minzy, Anh Tú, Hứa Kim Tuyền, Văn Mai Hương, Trúc Nhân, Đức Phúc, Bùi Công Nam, Hương Tràm, Noo Phước Thịnh, etc. and Korean artists like Paul Kim, Kim Feel, Song Dong Woon, 10cm, etc.
As Artist Management Assistant you will provide support to Managers and internal teams in all aspects of their work. You’ll be a dedicated and passionate worker, integrating with artists, relevant internal teams from production to marketing team and other third parties. You’ll be a consistent communicator, who is meticulously organised, with keen attention to detail, adept at project management and able to work with a fast-paced environment, responding to urgent tasks with both creativity and analytical thinking

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Build and maintain strong relationships with artists and their teams, ensuring top-tier support to company’s projects.
Work closely with internal teams to oversee artist contents. Relay insights and suggest improvements that enhance the artist experience.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, setting reminders, sharing briefing notes, and handling diary management.
Oversee social media management.
Storing all artist assets, such as contracts, photos, videos, release materials, and copyright documentation, etc.
